Operation steps
- Connect the electrode clamp to the negative output terminal and the electrode holder to the positive output terminal. Turn on the power, then turn on the power.
- Adjust the power control knob, which provides coarse and fine adjustment settings. Set the appropriate scale value according to your specific work requirements.
- Use tweezers to position the workpiece so that the interface is aligned with the tungsten needle, maintaining a gap of about 5mm. Make sure the workpiece does not touch the needle. The tungsten needle should be sharpened on a grinder to ensure optimal performance, utilizing the tip discharge principle.
Tungsten needle diameter: 1.5mm - Depress the foot switch to start the spot welding process. When finished, release the foot to complete the welding.
