We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met. The item must be in its original packaging. The product must be new, unused, and in resalable condition and must not have been installed, used, or displayed. For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain goods are not eligible for return if they have been unsealed after delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Exceptions still apply for hygiene-sensitive goods that have been unsealed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
